On October 2020, Regulatory Authority for Telecommunications and Transportation (ATT) published Regulatory Administrative Resolution ATT-DJ-RAR-TL LP 323/2020, approving the technical requirements for operating RF equipment in the 915-928MHz band.
The document includes specific requirements for LPWAN, RFID and SRD, as well as the requirements to register to ATT’s “IoT Networks Registry” when utilizing the RF band for IoT purposes. It is assumed that the document is effective since September 2020.
